BODY TRANSFORMATION

Our body transformation courses run over a period of 8 weeks and allow our participants flexibility in their training and diet.
The course is open to everyone no matter your goals and focus.
On average our members lose over 4.5kg and 12cms in measurements. Some have lost up to 9kg and 19cm.

  • Diet advice and guidelines based on your specific goals.

  • Specific focused training and motivation

  • Private Daily support group
